P - Libby Freeman - for resilience and perseverance over the last few years, beating her PB & finishing 6th overall at British Swimming Championships

P - Izzy Munnoch - for settling into a new team, great swims at Scottish Age Group Championships and coming back to support her teammates at every finals session even when not competing herself.
