Hot Weather Training

Whilst we may not be experiencing the 40° of other parts of the country, we will still exercise caution at training sessions.


All swimmers are to bring 2 bottles of water.


Please assess your child before they attend training – if you think they are suffering from heat exhaustion, they should not attend.



If a swimmer feels unwell during the session, they should inform a coach straight away.
